Back Room 20-45 People
Off Hours $200 per hour 2 Hour Minimum
Full Buyout off Hours $700 8hr total
Full Buyout operating Hours $1,500 8hr total
Full Brewery 20-150 people
Off hours $300 per hour
Full buyout during off hours $1,000 6hr total
Full buyout during operating Hours $4000 6hr total
Operational Hours: Wednesday-Sunday 11:30a.m.-9:00p.m.
Open Bar $15 a person per hour
No corkage fee NO distilled spirits allowed
Cash Bar 10 persons minimum
$10 corkage fee per bottle
PA System $20 to use PA
Usage of stage for D.J., live music without PA and Monitor $100 per package With PA and Monitor $150 per package
The Details:
- Catering packages are separate from space rentals
- Outside catering fee 15% per package
- Deposits are required! 50% of cost/package due at time of booking
- 2 week notice for cancellations. If canceled w/ less than 2 week notice of scheduled event, deposit will not be refunded.
- 15% Gratuity added to final bar and table service packages
